The SimpleLink™ CC13x2R7/P7 devices are multiprotocol and multi-band wireless microcontrollers (MCU) supporting IEEE 802.15.4, Wi-SUN®, MIOTY®, IPv6-enabled smart objects (6LoWPAN), Bluetooth® 5.2 Low Energy, Zigbee®, Thread, and proprietary systems, including the TI 15.4-Stack (Sub-1 GHz). The devices are optimized for low-power wireless communication and advanced sensing. The devices integrate high performance low-power radio with an ARM Cortex M4F processor based microcontroller with 704KB of in-system programmable flash, 144KB of ultra-low leakage SRAM, ultra-low power sensor controller, and a broad set of analog and digital peripherals.
